A loving slap.
A loving slap.
What is a loving slap?
It’s a slap you give to someone you care about.
Maybe not someone you love.
Maybe someone you see potential in.
Potential.
What is potential, really?
Do we all have it?
I’m not sure we do.
Because potential alone means nothing.
What matters is what you do without it.
That’s what determines the outcome.
Does it become a product?
Or does it become a problem?
People who don’t know how to channel their potential often end up stuck.
Stuck in what a programmer would call a for loop.
A constant spin around the same issue.
The same excuses.
The same patterns.
And no loop should run forever.
At some point, you have to break out.
Move to the next line.
Advance to the next step of life.
Because if you stay in the loop too long, something happens.
For loops become black holes.
They pull everything in.
Time. Energy. Relationships. Possibility.
Many people live their entire lives inside them.
So if you’re stuck, consider this your loving slap.
Get out of the loop.
